Sean Nicholas Savage album out now + new Martha Rose & GRIP TIGHT

Intro

<sup>It’s been three weeks since our big 10 Year Festival in Berlin, it was such a beautiful and intense event, packed with some of the best music I could imagine! Thank you so much to everyone who came! I poured my entire heart into organising and promoting this, and I’m so glad it turned out to be a success.

To quote The Berliner mag:

“Mansions and Millions is arguably Berlin’s finest indie label. […] To celebrate a decade of operation, they took over the adjoining venues of Lark and Fitzroy and assembled a stacked lineup for a festival-style experience – when one set ended in one venue, you made your way next door for the next set. The format worked really well […] and the whole night had a celebratory and familial vibe. It’s good to know that the indie scene is alive, well and thriving.”

That said, the financial pressures of putting on an event like this are very real. The indie music world in Berlin (and beyond) often works in ways where even a successful event doesn’t lead to any financial reward, especially without sponsors or major funding.
That’s frustrating, and I hope it changes one day. This is why your support means everything. Without you, I couldn’t do this. This isn’t meant to be a hobby.</sup>

There’s also a new collab single by Martha Rose & GRIP TIGHT, and we just reissued the previously out-of-print vinyl edition of Discovery Zone’s debut album — this time on beautiful marbled purple.}

Sean Nicholas Savage - The Knowing

<sup>Sean is one of my all-time favorite artists, biggest inspirations and best friends, so releasing his new album on M&M is a full-circle moment and a huge honor for me personally and for the label. If you’ve been following M&M for a while, you probably have a sense of how much this means to me. Sean has been a collaborator, influence, and guiding light since day one.
I’m so happy that his new album ‘The Knowing’ is finally out in the world today, in collaboration with the US label Born Losers Records.
I really think it’s one of the best pieces of music he’s ever released and I hope you’ll agree.

He will also go on an extensive tour in both North America and Europe. Dates are below.</sup>

Martha Rose & GRIP TIGHT - In Your Eyes

^{‘In Your Eyes’ is the third collaborative single by Martha Rose & GRIP TIGHT — a song that zooms in on the conscious steps you take each day to choose someone you love. Softly spoken lyrics are paired with the gentlest funk guitar, winking at the sparks of a crackling fire — orange and blue, yin and yang, hot and cold. It’s a love song that captures subtle impressions and pours them into the mould of foreverness. Following Come on Over and Never B Mine, this latest track continues to shape their collaborative world — with a full album currently in the works.}

Discovery Zone - Remote Control Vinyl Reissue

<sup>Happy 5 years to the debut album by Discovery Zone - a crucial release in our catalogue, a real game changer so to speak. It was originally released during a very difficult time but it soon found its audience and it became one of the most successful releases on my label and it launched an amazing career. It’s amazing to see that it still connects with so many people.

I’m so happy JJ trusted me with this, it’s one of my favourite albums, thanks for everything!

To celebrate this, we repressed the vinyl in marble purple. Including the iconic holographic sticker on the front.</sup>
