Intro

_{We know you're flooded with year-end sale emails, but ours comes with a heartfelt plea} 🙂 <sub>If you love our artists and label, buying our physical releases would mean the world to us.

As you know, we earn much more from physical sales than streaming, but the upfront costs (pressing, artwork, etc.) have skyrocketed this past year. Your support makes a huge difference—thank you!

I'm doing my best to spotlight the strengths of Berlin's indie scene, even in a system that prioritizes more digestible music and rewards those with the biggest marketing budgets. Meanwhile, Berlin politicians are cutting funding and doubling down on resilience and market forces (which do not work). That’s why I appreciate you even more—without you, I wouldn’t be able to release music.

Despite all this, we’re not backing down: we already have a bunch of amazing releases planned for next year, including some great surprises and a ten-year label anniversary coming up. Stick around!
